When does the service agreement go into effect?
A. With receipt of registration form or order form with payment
What if the new owner discovers termites after they move in?
A. With the ServiceAccess agreement they are covered. They must notify us through the toll free number and we will arrange a licensed service provider within 48 hours.
How is this better than a standard termite agreement?
A. ServiceAccess covers all termites where most companies only cover subterranean termites. We cover where insurance and home warranties do not.
 

Explain why this agreement is a benefit.
A. Termite inspections are only good for a short time and the inspector can only see visually 30% of the structure. Termites may develop after the sale and ServiceAccess coverage will eliminate costly up front treatment charges.
