ServiceAccess founder has thirty years experience in the pest management and insurance businesses.  ServiceAccess provides an agreement covering termites, fungus and radon that are not covered by homeowner insurance policies.  By providing a service agreement that covers termites with an option to add mold and radon for additional fee, ServiceAccess has reduced the cost of having a termite service contract on your home because they do not require a treatment first.

When the homeowner suspects an infestation they may call any local pest control company to do a free inspection. If a live infestation is found, ServiceAccess will arrange treatment. ServiceAccess appoints licensed and insured service providers to provide the service covered by their agreement.
